Tata is likely to price it aggressively against the Mahindra XEV 9e, which is currently available within the price range of Rs 21.90 lakh – Rs 30.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Its entry-level variant is expected to cost around Rs 24 lakh, while the top-end trim might be priced nearly Rs 30 lakh.
What battery options are available for the Tata Harrier EV?
Tata hasn’t yet revealed the powertrain specifications. However, the new Tata electric SUV is expected to be offered with multiple battery pack options and a dual electric motor setup (for the higher trims). The carmaker has confirmed that the Harrier electric will offer a peak torque of 500Nm.
