Upcoming Royal Enfield 750cc Bikes – What We Know So Far!

Initially, Royal Enfield established itself as a sub-500cc motorcycle brand with offerings such as Classic 350 and Bullet 350. In 2018, the home-grown bikemaker set its foot in the middleweight motorcycle segment with the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. Aiming to move forward with the times, RE is now ready to introduce a new range of 750cc models in the coming years.

While there is no official word on the upcoming Royal Enfield 750cc bikes, the lineup is likely to include the Himalayan 750, Interceptor 750 and Continental GT 750. As per media reports, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 750 and Continental GT 750 are expected to hit roads towards the end of 2025, while the RE Himalayan 750 might arrive in 2026.

What to Expect?

The upcoming Royal Enfield 750cc bikes will feature a new parallel-twin engine with 750cc displacement. It’s likely to comply with the upcoming emission norms. This new 750cc engine might has air cooling and cases similar to the 650cc motor, but it will certainly be more powerful. The 650cc engine delivers a maximum power of 47bhp.

The new engine is expected to performance-oriented, offering better efficiency and refinement.

The first 750cc RE will be a bobber motorcycle, which will be developed at the brand’s tech centre in Leicester, UK.

The RE 750cc bikes with the new engine might witness an increase in kerb weight, and to handle heavier built, RE might upgrade its braking system. One test mule of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 was spied with dual disc brakes at the front, paired with ByBre calipers.

RE will also upgrade its upcoming 750cc bike in terms of features. For reference, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 750 is likely to come with a TFT instrument cluster, turn-by-turn navigation, smartphone connectivity and new switchgear.

Compared to their 650cc counterparts, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 750 and Continental GT 750 will feature slightly different design elements such as the newly-designed taillamps and exhaust system.
